EDICT is a charity based in Bishopbriggs, providing support to people with physical and mental health conditions. Our service works to improve well-being, build confidence, and reduce isolation by nurturing participants to value themselves and develop a more positive outlook. We use creative activities to boost self-esteem, with both group and individual interventions to reduce stress and increase emotional and psychological well-being.
