Health walk meeting at Kirkintilloch Leisure Centre on Mondays at 10:30AM.
The group meets outside the front of the centre, for a moderate pace walk lasting 60 mins.
It is a scenic route through attractive woodland including a circuit of the beautiful Lenzie Moss local nature reserve.
