Mellow Bumps and Mellow Babies

These groups are currently online and are available to residents across Scotland including East Dunbartonshire. Mellow Babies is for all mums with babies aged 0-18 months; Mellow Bumps is for mums to be at approximately 20-30 weeks gestation.

Times are as follows:
Mellow Babies – starts 21st February for 8 weeks, running once a week at 10am-12pm
Mellow Bumps – starts 17th February for 7 weeks; running once a week at 1.30-3pm

The groups will be delivered online so the mum can take part from the comfort of her own home, taking away the stress of travelling. Like all Mellow groups, the online group is designed to help reduce the stress and anxiety of becoming a new mum. By creating a non-judgemental space and strength based environment, mum can share her experiences with other mums and boost her confidence as she adapts to her new life. It is also a great way to make new friends, learn about her baby’s development and most importantly strengthen her relationship with her baby.
