The Woodlands Mental Health Resource Centre provides a range of mental health diagnostic and support services for people living in the community in East Dunbartonshire.
The Community Mental Health Team offers support to people with severe and/or enduring mental health issues. Services include out-patient appointments, counselling, anxiety management, health promotion, medication management, and group or family work.
East Dunbartonshire Older Peoplesโ Mental Health Services provides medical and psychological approaches to promote positive mental health. The team works closely with partners to help people to maximise their potential and live well.ย Services are available to adults over the age of 65 who are experiencing severe and enduring mental health problems such as depression, anxiety, memory loss (link is external) and dementia.
All services are accessed through referral from GPs or other specialists.
