Scottish Country Dancing - RSCDS Glasgow Branch

RSCDS Glasgow Branch is all about sharing the fun of Scottish country dancing with people of all ages and abilities across Glasgow. With a friendly atmosphere, great live music, and no need to bring a partner, it’s a wonderful way to stay active, meet new friends, and enjoy a bit of Scottish tradition. We have weekly classes, monthly social dances, and special “Nice ’n Easy” events throughout the year.

In Milngavie, we hold a welcoming weekly General Class for dancers who have a bit of experience and are comfortable with basic steps and formations. It’s a great way for people in East Dunbartonshire to build confidence, keep active, and enjoy dancing in a relaxed and supportive setting.

Our monthly social dances also often take place in Milngavie, usually at Milngavie Town Hall or sometimes at New Kilpatrick Church Hall. They’re fun, lively evenings filled with music, dancing, and good company.
