Sweaty Mama is a fun, effective and interactive workout with your child. Babies, Toddlers and pre-schoolers from ages 6 weeks – 4 yrs old+ love coming to the group. Sweaty Mama offers exercise adaptations to suit your fitness and the age/development of your child – the team are post-natal specialists and are trained in safe baby-wearing too!
Sweaty Mama Pilates are low impact sessions focusing on core strength, balance, flexibility and relaxation with low and high options which support and gradually build your strength and fitness. Each session also has pre and post-natal adaptations for all our Mamas and Mamas to be.
